Manchester is an historic city. It was the first industrial town in the world and much of its early architecture still survives, along with Victorian buildings, canals, ironwork bridges, canals and railways. Our tours cover much of this heritage which dates back to the Roman era right up to the modern day.

MANCHESTER TAXI DRIVERS HERITAGE CLUB
The club was formed by a group of enthusiastic Manchester Black Cab Drivers who attended courses at Manchester College of Arts and Technology and then decided to offer their local knowledge to visitors and the general public. All our drivers are friendly and knowledgeable.

ONE OR TWO HOUR TOURS
These tours cover many of the historical buildings and places of interest including. The Old Shambles, Chethams school, Manchester Cathedral and Town Hall, the Hidden Gem, Portico and John Rylands libraries, the University, Chinatown, Football stadiums, Imperial war Museum and 18th century mills.

BOOKING INFORMATION
All tours cost £30.00 per hour or part thereof for up to 5 people from a City Centre pickup and drop off point.
All day and long distance tours can also be arranged to other historic towns and tourist attractions by arrangement. We can even tailor make half and full day itineraries based on your personal requirements.
